420 PAC (Political Action Committee)

420 PAC is based on the ever growing number of arrests and non-violent crimes in California, resulting from simple marijuana drug charges.

As a criminal defense attorney, Eber N. Bayona wants to see Marijuana legalized. “Our jails and prisons are filled with people who have committed petty drug crimes, such as selling Marijuana”. I stand by the words of our president, Barack Obama, “I would not have the Justice Department prosecuting and raiding medical marijuana users. It is not a good use of our resources.”

The goal of The 420 PAC is to pass a bill that will legalize Marijuana use and sale is small use that may or may not be regulated by the state of California and the city of Los Angeles and surrounding counties. This bill will also minimize the well over crowed jail and prison system that are currently filled with just non-violent offenders.
