2007 NOT GUILTY! 1ST DEGREE MURDER and
2 Counts of ATTEMPTED MURDER WITH GANG ALLEGATION
Our Client was facing over 50 years to life, but after a 30
day trail and intense cross-examination of the lead investigating
detective and prosecution witness, the jury deliberated for
4 hours and found our client NOT GUILTY on all counts. Because
Mr. Sutton was represented by attorneys Eber N. Bayona and
Brandon de Jonge, today he is a free man and can spend the
rest of his life with his wife and two children.

GUILTY! 1ST DEGREE MURDER WITH GANG ALLEGATION
The DA claimed a secret jail cell recording was our client's
confession to the crime, but after the defense argued to the
Judge that the jury should hear the entire recording, which
included a prayer, the jury fund the defendant no guilty.
Because Mr. Stewart was represented by attorneys Eber N. Bayona
and Brandon de Jonge, the jury found him NOT GUILTY of murder.

JURY ON ALL 9 FELONY COUNTS! CONSPIRACY
TO COMMIT MURDER and 3 Counts of ATTEMPTED MURDER and 3 Counts
of ASSAULT WITH A SEMI-AUTOMATIC FIRARM, STREET TERRORISM
and CRIMINAL STREET GANG
After intense cross-examination of the prosecutor's witness,
who claimed that she saw the defendant shoot the victim, the
jury hung because they did not believe the witness. Because
Mr. Verdin was represented by attorneys Eber N. Bayona and
Brandon de Jonge, the prosecutor failed to prove its case
beyond a reasonable doubt. The jury could not reach a unanimous

LAX Courthouse 2007 - FROM TWO STRIKES TO MISDEMEANOR
Client charged with 2 FELONY STRIKES for residential burglary.
Charges are reduced to MISDEMEANOR for receiving stolen property.

a football career. .
